LANDBANK is making it easier for Filipinos worldwide to invest in the Bureau of the Treasury’s (BTr) Retail Treasury Bonds Tranche 32 (RTB 32), as the Bureau celebrates the 25th anniversary of its retail bond program under the theme, “Pamana ng Tiwala, Yaman ng Kinabukasan.”

Launched on 29 September 2026, the Peso-denominated RTB 32 is open to investors for as low as ₱5,000 until the end of the public offering period on 07 October, or at an earlier date as may be determined by the BTr. The bonds carry a fixed annual interest rate of 6.875%, payable quarterly, and a tenor of 2.5 years.

“Twenty-five years of RTBs have shown us that government borrowing can serve a broader purpose. It can give Filipinos a chance to take part in financing the country’s priorities and, in the process, become more active participants in the financial system. Ultimately, RTBs connect two important goals: helping Filipinos build their own financial future, while contributing to the future of the Philippines,” said Finance Secretary Fredrick D. Go.

The proceeds from the RTB 32 issuance will help fund priority government programs and projects, including infrastructure development, agricultural modernization, healthcare improvements, and other key initiatives that support the country's growth and development.

“Every Filipino deserves the opportunity to build a more secure financial future while taking part in our country’s progress. Through RTB 32, LANDBANK is bringing a safe and affordable investment within easier reach of Filipinos here and abroad, empowering them to grow their hard-earned savings and contribute to programs that uplift communities and strengthen the nation,” said LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz.

LANDBANK offers several convenient subscription channels through its digital banking platforms and nationwide branch network. RTB 32 is accessible through the LANDBANK and Overseas Filipino Bank (OFBank) Mobile Banking Apps, allowing Filipinos in the country and overseas to participate conveniently in the offering.

Investors may also subscribe through the BTr’s Online Ordering Facility and pay via LANDBANK’s Link.BizPortal at no additional cost. Over-the-counter subscriptions are likewise available at all LANDBANK branches nationwide

Existing holders of eligible government securities, namely RTB 15-01, RTB 15-02, RTB 05-15, FXTN 20-13, and FXTN 03-30, may exchange and reinvest their bond holdings into the latest RTB offering.

As one of the Joint Lead Issue Managers and authorized Selling Agents for RTB 32, LANDBANK continues to broaden participation in government securities among Filipinos, including first-time investors and overseas Filipinos, through its integrated digital and branch banking channels.
