Congressional candidate Gladys Vergara had a full schedule as she made her way through various barangays, personally visiting communities to bring her campaign directly to the people.
Driven by a sincere desire to connect with constituents, Vergara responded to invitations from various sectors who wanted to hear her vision firsthand. Despite the demands on her time, she prioritized these face-to-face engagements, emphasizing her belief in listening to people not just with the ears—but with the heart.
Among her stops were community meetings with residents of Purok 4 in Fairview and Puroks 2, 3, and 5 in Pinsao Proper. At each gathering, Vergara consistently shared her comprehensive 10-point agenda, highlighting key priorities such as the implementation of Universal Health Care, the expansion of social pension programs, and the establishment of livelihood hubs in every barangay.
Her message resonated with the communities, many of whom expressed appreciation for her accessibility, clarity of vision, and genuine commitment to grassroots engagement. In Pinsao Proper, Barangay Captain Raymund Laxamana expressed his support for Vergara’s grassroots campaign, praising her hands-on approach and dedication to inclusive progress.
